D'Addario Environmental Management Solutions (EMS) Inc. Reports Financial Results for 2001

CANADA, Feb. 20 -/E-Wire/-- Environmental Management Solutions (EMS) Inc. (trading symbol CDNX - EMS) is excited and pleased to announce draft audited financial results for 2001. The company's revenues grew 100% from year 2000 ($3,069,872) to $6,087,340 achieving Earnings before Interest, Taxes and Depreciation (EBITDA) of $1,542,211. At 25% of revenues, the EBITDA results are significantly higher than industry average.

D/EMS continues to be one of the fastest growing environmental firms in Canada, having achieved year-over-year growth since its inception in 1995 (posted greater than 600% growth overall). "We are extremely pleased with the financial performance, particularly in light of the economic climate experienced in 2001. Continued client loyalty in both the public and private sector, a continuing demand for products and services and prudent management of overhead expenses are key factors in oursuccess,' said Mr. Frank D'Addario, CEO and President.
